Exchange and return policyFaulty product?
If, upon receiving the product, you identify any defect, immediately inform our Customer Service (SAC) through the electronic address email@example.com. In order to exchange or return the defective product as long as it is within 30 days purchase.
Opened or used product?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on opened or used products. The only exception is when items are faulty, as above.
With COVID-19 we are having a lot of delays on delivery. Please, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about your product.
IF YOU GAVE US THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT
Email us ASAP (like now) at email@example.com or send a Whatsapp message + 55 11 97297-5963 and we´ll do everything we can to update it for you. As soon as you order, we´ll send you a confirmation email so please check your details carefully.
If your order has already been shipped, then we can’t make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, we won’t be able to send you another parcel or provide a refund.
