RECIPE OF THE WEEK: CORN CAKE
- 1/2 cup of Cooked Corn
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup of Xylitol sweetener
- 1/2 cup of Almond Flour
- 4 tablespoons of Grated Coconut
- 1 teaspoon of Yeast
- In a blender, beat corn, eggs, melted coconut oil, xylitol, and almond flour.
- Add the grated coconut, yeast, and mix.
- In a silicone form , place the cake in a preheated oven at 356•F for 30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out dry.
